Moving Voices Contemporary Sacred  Dance

Sacred Dance Tree

Honoring the natural physics of the human body, we begin with breath and release work. Recognizing our bodies as temples, we welcome and explore the flow of transformational energy. Classes include floor work, spiral pathways, healing improvisations, moving meditation, dance phrases and joyful community. Come every week or attend when you can. Suggested donation $15. No one turned away for lack of funds. All are welcome!

Classes Resume in November 2015

Registration & Information: skammann@aol.com or 301-758-5606
