Chi-lel, Meditation & Yoga

Chi-lel and Meditation with Sandra Kammann

“Head touch sky, feet on earth

Body relaxed, mind expands

Body harmonized with chi,

Body harmonized with chi”

Chi-lel is a system of meditation and healing developed by Qigong Grandmaster Pang Ming, M.D. (Lao-shi), founder of Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center, the largest medicineless hospital in China. The Center avoids medicines and special diets in favor of exercise, love and life energy (chi). Students learn an art, the goal of which is to heal one’s self. An estimated eight million people practice Chi-lel in China. Over the years, the non-profit Center has treated more than 180 diseases, with an overall success rate of 95%. When doing the opening movements, you release your Wan-yan chi to infininty; when doing the closing movements, you absorb Wan-yan chi from nature. By collecting and exchanging chi with nature, your meridian system is opened. By opening up, you can become one with nature. In this natural state, you are vigorously healthy and infinitely joyful. Years are added to the lives of those whose chi flows uniterrupted! (Luke Chan: 101 Miracles of Natural Healing, 1997)
